Esther Smidt of Los Alamos took her five children Tuesday to Mesa Public Library where they signed up and got their passports for the Summer Reading Program, participated in the Music and Movement Program and checked out lots of books. Her son, Adam, found some toy foods to serve to mom. Families are invited to build a tent in the stacks after the library closes and read books together 5-6:30 p.m. Saturday, June 10.
